CRM System for Client Management
Learning how to make business tasks easier.
When I first started my business, I used excel spreadsheets, a calendar, a program where clients could sign contracts online, and an invoicing system. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money in the beginning, so I used what I knew. That worked but when I started getting more clients, I was spending much more time with all these systems that didn’t work together.
I had some down time between clients and spent a week investigating different approaches. I read pro and con articles and decided on Honeybook. Everything I needed was there. There is a whole pipeline system showing you where each client is on their journey. From the first email to completing the project - it’s all there.
Client information is kept separate on a pipeline. Each client has their own portal so they can see all documentation, emails, and send pictures and videos through their personal portal.
Honeybook makes this a seamless process for the client and the business. I’m able to have templates that I can change and customize for each client.
I don’t work for Honeybook but since I own a subscription, I can pass savings on to get 25% one year’s subscription. Here is the link for the savings.
If you are interested in discussing the needs of a website for your business or nonprofit organization, contact May Web Design, LLC. Starting out with a basic brochure website may be all that your business or organization needs. Your website should grow with you and change as needed.
I work with my clients so that I may design the website they envision and, most importantly, teach them how to update their website to keep the information fresh and new. While you are busy building your small business, I can create a website to grow with your dreams. I have a list of services on my website as well as a portfolio of my websites and testimonial from past clients.
